Hi, I'm Nguyen

Growing up, my parents took a ton of pictures of our family. As we transitioned to digital cameras, managing those memories became much easier, but it left thousands of our older physical photos unseen, simply because they only existed in a box in our house. I spent an entire summer digitizing every single photo we owned. Realizing that countless other families share this exact same problem, I decided to launch District Digitals.

Professionally, I work as an Engineer at Google, and have previously worked at Amazon, Jacobs, and MITRE. I studied Computer Science at Virginia Tech. On the side, I'm an amateur photographer and tech enthusiast!

How It Works

A seamless process designed to get your physical memories into the digital world with zero effort on your part.

Drop Off

Gather your photos in a box or envelope and drop them off at my Alexandria, VA location.

Scan & Sort

No need to organize them beforehand. I handle sizing and orientation for 3x5, 4x6, 5x7, 8x10, and polaroids.

Digital Delivery

In 3-5 business days, you'll receive a Google Drive link with your high-res digital scans, valid for 15 days.

Pick Up

Return to pick up your original, unharmed physical photos once the process is complete.

Drop Off Location

I am based in the Barcroft area of Alexandria, VA. Customers from anywhere are welcome, simply drop off your photos at my local address.
